 My professional journey began in healthcare, where I worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for over a decade. During this time, I worked in various settings, including roles as Director and Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, and took pride in mentoring students in clinical settings. My work was rooted in helping others heal physically, but it quickly became evident that I had a deeper calling. I found myself supporting not just the physical, but also the mental and emotional well-being of my clients. I’ve always been drawn to helping people rebuild their lives, discover their strengths, and find purpose beyond their circumstances.

Today, I bring that same dedication and empathy into the work I do with my clients. My skills are a unique blend of:

Outside of work, I’m a foodie, traveler, and lover of good company. Whether volunteering, sharing moments with family and friends, or curling up on the couch with a book, music, and a glass of wine, I make room for the things that bring me joy. My downtime recharges me to show up fully for my clients and community.
